Shopping excursions in Berkley are so much fun! You never know what you can find or the interesting people you will get to see! I was supposed to go thrifting/vintaging in San Francisco, but I ended up going to Berkley with a friend instead, and we had so much fun! We went to the Buffalo Exchange, Mars Mercantile, and Sway. I found a really cool vintage 1970s scarf at Mars Mercantile that I will be posting up later, and a cute pair of sandal wooden clogs at Sway. I had been on a search for wooden clog sandals and I finally found them for $27.00!!!!! Score!!! I was hoping to have found some pretty skirts and blouses but unfortunately I couldn't find what I was looking for. Hopefully next time I have more luck.
As for the skirt I'm wearing...isn't it just gorgeous?! This was my first Etsy purchase and let me just say, I am 100% satisfied! Thank you Pocketvintage1 for supplying me with this pretty skirt! I couldn't be happier! I think this will be a skirt that I will most likely be remixing a lot, be prepared! What do you guys think???

i miss berkeley, too--i grew up there and it has so many great spots for thrifting (i think thriftown and out of the closet are my two faves but the buffalo exchange on telegraph is just a few blocks from my parents' house).
